We had a fantastic stay at Le Gite Du Chateau in a charming village near Compiegne. the apartment was well-equipped, clean, and had everything we needed. Marie, our super friendly host, made our stay even better by being helpful and accommodating. the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the beautiful Chateau de Pierrefonds. Plus, the village had all the necessary amenities within walking distance, including a bakery, bars, and a pharmacy.
We highly recommend this place for a great value for money stay. Cons: Nothing that we didn't like.

This charming French property is situated in a quiet and rural village, surrounded by beautiful countryside. the spacious rooms offer a comfortable stay, with a good bathroom and plenty of space for children to play. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of a crib provided for the baby, as well as a wide selection of books and toys. the central location allows for easy exploration of nearby attractions, such as the stunning Chateau de Pierrefonds. the friendly and helpful host ensures a clean and functional stay.
The doors between the bedrooms allow for sound to easily transmit, which may make it difficult to have private conversations or enjoy peaceful sleep.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with two key aspects of this hotel. the location was ideal, being situated in a charming and tranquil village with a beautiful chateau and several bakeries. This gave us a true taste of rural France. the hotel was well-positioned for exploring nearby attractions, with easy access to children's parks, castles, and even the opportunity to visit Paris within a reasonable driving distance. Another advantage we enjoyed was the friendly and helpful host, who made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
There were a few aspects of our experience that could have been improved. the interior of the hotel was a little plain, lacking in character.
